Hi again! This is marian, and today is August 4. Two more days tell my birthday(so happy)!!!!!!!
Any way, the reason why I'm righting every day now on my blog. Is because my mom whats me to write a letter to someone or do a blog post every day (in tell summer ends), and I like doing blog posts then righting letters.
Also I've lately loved riding my bike around my neighborhood lately.

a little update of my life!
Hi!!! This is Marian saying I'm almost 13!!!! :) !!!!! I'm having my b-day party on the 7th (a day after my b-day)!!!!!!! I'm about to pop with excitement!!!!! This year I'm doing a camping theme for my birthday party!!!! It's going to be super fun!!! Also a couple weeks ago me and my family came back from a road trip, but it wasn't as long as are family's usually are. On the road trip I went to a different country for the first time, Canada. and the different places where family is, to visit them.

THE LATEST NEWS!!!

School ended just awhile ago, on the 11th. Now it's summer break!!! Although I miss spring weather, I'm glad school is over! The week after school ended, I went to my first year of girls camp!!! To people who don't know what that is, it's a camp for Mormon girls starting at age 12. I'm not 12 yet but since i'm turning 12 this summer I was able to go! And I had an awesome time there!!! Now I'm just doing normal summer things; I haven't been to the pool yet this summer, but I will sometime.

I forgot to add one thing. I don't think I've told you this, but my mom, a couple years ago with her friends, started an art education group with her friends called The Wonder Collective. Below is a picture from the first week of Springfield Camp this year. I was the narrator in the play.

I'm 11 now. I got a kitten in october & she got really big sense we got her! Her name is Izzy! This year I'm in middle school (6th grade!) I'm still short, but happy! That all for now, but I'll try to do more posts!

sewing for Violet
This is my latest project and sorry for not doing posts on my blog, but we will try to do it more often. Violet is a Blythe doll that my mom gave to me and is very special. Her eyes change which is kind of creepy to some people, and I named her Violet because I love that name and also I decided to make her a dress that has a violet flower on it and some cute felt flats for her because she just came with boots and I don't have other shoes for her and I don't have a dress for her either. Now I have two dresses!
And then I used a special embroidery marker (water erases it easily) to draw the violet I wanted to embroider on the dress. I used a simple running stitch for every part of the flower, and just changed my colors for each special part of the flower. My mom blanket stitched the sleeve and neck of the dress to keep it from stretching. Later we used scalloped scissors to make a pretty hemline.
